I have been doing working in the print industry for the past 9 years I started off working in the bindery of a print company part time, before later deciding to follow a career in graphic design. Studying at an industry leading design school gave me the tools I needed for a foot in the door while my previous knowledge of print gave me what i needed to stand out from the rest. Design should never be limited to simply text and images, knowing that difference between good design and amazing design can come down to the smallest of things such as stock choice or specialty finish. I make sure that I every element of the design process into account to ensure that my clients gets what they want.

Ability to perform under pressure
I have proven experience in achieving outcomes in pressure situations. I aim for accountability through process driven awareness of decisions and actions. I am able to manage and meet deadlines effectively.
Ability to work successfully as a member of a team
I have experience in getting results from both team and individual environments.
Excellent creativity skills
Working within a style guide can often mean that a the obvious solution to fix a design problem may not be and option this is when you need to know when, how and how far a style guide can be pushed to find a solution
Ability to adapt and continue working quickly
Working in an in-house studio for a large company often means that your days plans can change at the drop of a hat, my ability to switch between projects on the fly is what separates me from the rest.
Sound knowledge and application of design tools
Adobe CC, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Muse (learning in my downtime) Photography coupled with years or printing and prepress knowledge makes me a force to be reckoned with.
Ability to manage and lead
I have proven experience at leading teams and managing deadlines.

In this role I am responsible for helping role out and maintain the current brand refresh, assist in the development of sub-brands within the university. My day-to-day responsibilities include the design and production of prospectuses, booklets, magazines and newsletters.

in this role I met the web design needs for PrintDigital's long term clients utilizing my expertise in the Adobe CC suite and knowledge of design principles. Having started as a part-time assistant in the bindery, I have progressed to my current role based on proving my ability to deliver under pressure when urgent jobs with short time frames arrive on my desk I was able to produce a range of wed solutions the met the clients needs. Anything ranging from minor updates to fully website redevelopments with E-commerse integration.
